Josh and his team have been just amazing. By far this is the most efficient and fast mortgage firm that I have ever dealt with and this is our 7th house. Josh has set the bar way too high now for mortgage companies.
The service and quickness of everything closing was great. Looking back I would have liked more discussion of the rate on the front end. I felt our rate was a little higher than market.
Josh got the job done!! I was stuck in a bad situation and Josh saved us with no time left.
Josh and his team were very professional and helped us with everything we needed, would recommend working with a local team that seem to care more.
