Josh and his teams communication and drive to make us feel comfortable was top tier thank you and can't wait to do business with you again the future you guys are highly recommended.
Great follow through My only negative comment would be that I was going to be charged $1600 for .1% which was totally uncalled for and I was charged $200 too much for the appraisal.
The entire staff is amazing and made the process stress free. Communication was superior! There was never an unanswered phone call and I was informed of the levels of approval milestone.
Josh and the entire staff at Gershwin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire loan application process. Everything went smoothly and Josh and the team were in pretty constant contact helping us along the way.
