Don't work with this guy if you want someone reliable. I read reviews before using this firm for a listing but after selling the home I can't even get Josh on the phone. SMH. I'm a realtor here in Knoxville and never seen anyone do this before...

These people are a complete joke, all of these fake reviews that they have their friends and relatives do. I tried working with them, but all they are interested in is tear downs, which I do not want for my house. Use them at your own peril....
