Very helpful and knowledgeable Joe Perez knows his job
Fast and streamlined
Many of the communications were standardized apart from a few lines and some of the requests were not clearly explained. Also had there been a list from the beginning of items required, the process would have been faster and smoother.
Joseph answered all my questions, got me the loan I wanted, and did everything instantly.
Joseph was great to work with throughout the entire refinancing process. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend working with him for your next mortgage!
