If/when changes were made to our loan application it would have been nice to receive some sort of communication. For example, the appraisal fee was added without our knowledge which, as first time home buyers, caused a lot of anxiety/stress....

Y’all Communication was unpleasant, I couldn’t never get the a call back, I had to look for other people to help me figure what I needed, I didn’t hear from Mr. Perez since after thanksgiving. I was unhappy with everything.
