Joe had zero conversation with me as the buyers agent throughout the entire process. Phone calls and emails were not responded to. 1 email I sent had a read receipt notification attached to it and it was opened up a month after being sent....

From the start before asking for signature on documents these should be explained specially for a FTHB.Then have consistent communication at least by weekly. My specific case was dropped for 1 month without review until I asked for status update...
