    Both Jose & Tori kept me updated which was wonderful, they bent over backwards to make each issue much easier. When speaking with Jose, he ALWAYS spoke with respect & made me feel like we were old friends. Jose took excellent care of me.

    Lack of responsiveness due to sickness and or family emergency, however we found out that information after the fact since there was no out of office auto response. Overall experience meh.
