Jose got us the loan rate/terms we signed up for but the loan total amount was higher. We received a refund for the difference at closing but that means we pay interest over 30 years on that extra amount. Not pleased with the last minute difference....

Very unprofessional people working there
Jose was very responsive during the loan initiating process. He also helped us get the loan closed in time. I highly recommend to work with him on loan application.
Jose, our loan initiator was great!!! However, our processor was horrible. Processor did not return calls or emails timely, figures were always wrong and we had to close late due to his tardiness of getting our loan package completed in time...

There were times that I was unable to contact Jose and also times when I did not receive return calls.
Jose helped me during the whole process since the beginning.
