Great service! Sometimes it took a while (like a day) to get some responses from the other members of the loan team, I guess maybe impatience on my part; but overall good experience

Great communication, always friendly team, good support. Did have some issues with needing to upload the same document multiple times due to upload errors, but other than that a smooth and efficient refi.
