Better, more frequent communication. Timely requests, timely funding, fewer “out to lunch” or “out of office” email responses (from Nelson Jazi in particular).
Jose was amazing start to finish. He made us feel like a priority and helped keep our stress level down in this process. He was always positive and super helpful.

Extremely great communication and returning messages or calls, super friendly, asking for everything as it came, and caught up work another agent was supposed to do because they went MIA for like a week or so.
