Jose, Helen and their team were extremely helpful and answered every question I had, even if it was with something that had nothing to deal with them. They were very timely in returning calls and kind.

Your excellent customer service.

Others lenders and loans officers offered much more lower rates but I was too loyal.

Mr. Jose and his team kept us apprised of what needed to do on each step. The explained the process to help us make the best decision for our family.

Jose and his team are very knowledgeable. And were very professional throughout our entire loan process. Jose never promised me something he couldn't deliver on. All of the loan numbers he and his team gave my wife and I ......were really close...

The team was constantly communicating with us to let us know the status and were quick to respond with anything we needed!
