It is a painful process that Jordan and his team made painless
Responsiveness and ability to explain details of why and what's next. Patient when had to re-explain details again.
Everyone at FM did a splendid job in helping to complete what was for me a complicated process., but I do have on question: Who the heck is Samuel Rosenblatt? This survey keeps asking about him and I don't recall ever interacting with him.
