Communication at the right time and level
When my previous loan originator left to pursue opportunity, I was concerned, but Jordan came in and did not miss a beat. He got my loan setup, made sure I understood every step of the process, and was available whenever I had questions.
Communicative, informative, and responsive to questions and/or concerns.
He was so communicative and responsive. Jordan made things super simple and straightforward. He was friendly and supportive through the entire process.
Jordan is fantastic. We’ve closed two loans with him, and worked with him on a handful of pre-approvals over the last several years. He’s always responsive and helpful. We’ll keep coming back whenever we have home financing needs.
