Communication was great
Jordan was great at accommodating our needs and finding a great plan that worked best for us.
Easy to work with. Very professional, and was available to answer any questions we had.
Communication was horrible. Couldn't talk to him at all on the phone when we called for concerns.. it was always emails and texts.
The only thing i have is that, its very difficult for him to pick up his phone, but he would reply to text and email which is good too.
