Super easy. Uploaded my documents. Had a few emails back and forth for additional info needed and a few phone calls to go over questions. Closed in 45 days from the start of the process. Definitely will use Jordan and her team again.

As she did with us, being patient with "seniors" who take a seemingly long time in completing on line information and then do it wrong. Jordan is very good at understanding this chacteristic.
