Often there were too many people involved making the process confusing. Jordan was always clear and helpful.
Confusing as to who did what and who to ask questions
On the day of closing, the cash to close amount was changed without prior notification. When we tried to reach someone from the bank at the time, nobody responded. After hours and numerous calls, the issue was finally resolved.
