John was very responsive and polite
Jon was veryresponsive, very knowledgble, very helpful and always very pleasant. Cannot reasonably expect any more than that. I was referred to him by a friend who had refinanced with him, and was certainly not disappointed.
I was concerned that our ability to get this done would be difficult with the pandemic going on, but Jon and his staff made everything go so smoothly. We’re very pleased with the advice and the service. Outstanding!
