Loans are always a pain. This loan was a lot less painful than some others

Jon answered phone calls very promptly and often at unusual hours. He was efficient in getting things done and was patient explaining things to us. He was just very easy to work with.
Response time was excellent
Jon was always informative and let us know at all times what was needed to make the house purchase smooth transaction. Zero complaints!! :)
