    Attempted to get a pre-approval prior to looking for a home. Instead we just barely made it. Don't understand why we didn't do this.

    We got our new home and even got a VA loan which I would not have thought of. Course there were times that required patience while waiting for info but it is what Emerson said that the reward of patience is patience.
