Communication and connection with the team.
Biggest area for improvement is just that the underwriter is way more demanding than other lenders...e.g., requiring wet signatures.
Jon and team were able to clear me to close in less than 2 weeks. The process was seamless and painless. I felt that my purchase was in good hands throughout.
Prompt responses and clear communication
Jonathan explained everything very clearly, was responsive when needed (including weekend evenings!) and got us a great rate given the current market. Would recommend to anyone getting a mortgage in the DMV.
