Complicated situation, multiple problems needing attention, tight timeline, and very responsive.
Jonathan's team was quick at responding with requests, very professional, and does not flood you with unnecessary requests. The website and tools are very intuitive and easy-to-use.
Jon was extremely responsive on very short notice indicative of the DC market. I would also say the paperwork was as smooth and seamless as possible with no issues which of course is greatly appreciated too.
