Jonathan and the team was thorough and super responsive. They addressed all our questions clearly and quickly. It took us a little less than three weeks from making an offer to closing, thanks to their speedy processing.
Jonathan's office personnel were very patient help provide the documents in an easy manner. Biggest reason I used him was he was trustworthy as he has worked with my cousin (a realtor) for years.

Jonahan Okun was very attentive, timely and professional throughout the whole process of preapproval through closing. I think that our loan went through on time because of his thoroughness. No scrambling at the last minute!
All the reviews are accurate. One of the most helpful things is that Jon and his team are responsive when it matters most, on nights and weekends when we are off work and able to see houses. This may not sound like a big deal, but in DMV area...

Jon and his team did an amazing job pulling together our paperwork and guiding us through every step of the process. We enjoyed our experience with him and have come back to him to look at other properties and re-financing.
I cannot say enough good things of Jonathan and his team. We ran into unexpected issues with an underlying mortgage to my coop, Jonathan worked everything out to make sure I could close as a first time home buyer.
