Since 2008 it is not easy to get a mortgage but Jon's team made it as reasonable as could be. Instructions were clear. Process was predictable. Would recommend.
Jon was extremely helpful throughout the loan process, always timely with communication and clear on what was required. He made the entire process feel effortless
We shopped around a little, but nobody could beat PHM on rate, and certainly couldn't match Jonathan's service and responsiveness. He and his team walked us through all the steps and were extremely helpful. I'd recommend them to anybody.
Jon and his team were great start to finish - we were able to get everything wrapped up in 3 weeks, even over the Christmas and New Year holidays! Rate was competitive and customer service were top notch!
