The entire team was incredibly helpful and very responsive. I knew where I was at in each
step of the process. Exceptional customer service.
After researching my options, I was able to procure my needs.
I can do without 5 emails a day though.
All the personnel that worked on securing the loan for us were excellent .
Central Bank sends too many emails. BUT we were immensely pleased with Jonathan and Brandi.
Kept us informed in a timely manner and explained everything we needed to know. Also worked to eliminate pain points.
