As first time buyers, we appreciated the great communication and guidance from Jonathan, Rich, and the rest of the BE team throughout a complicated process!
Everything was clearly explained, we were kept informed, and our questions were always answered quickly. Our seller also only gave us 14 days for our buyer approval and Jonathan’s team got it done, even with an HOA!
