Jonathan was always on top of things and willing to explain them when asked. I asked for a few different scenarios for the loan and he had no problem showing me them.
We were buying in a different state then our current residence and Prime Lending made everything very streamlined. We were able to process everything virtually & did not need to go into an office, which we really needed during COVID-19.
Johnathan and his team did an excellent job, we are very pleased!! There never was a point where we weren’t aware of where we were in the process. Our closing was on time and accurate!!
