    Jon was great, a few things out of his control lead to some stressful last-minute information requests he did a tremendous job helping us negotiate those hurdles. He is a tremendous front man for your organization.

    Jon Wood was great to work with. The appraisal contractor did not complete an accurate appraisal and did not use appropriate comparables. The upcoming test will be the servicing of the mortgage and setting up auto pay options.
