Quick and easy!
Quick response time throughout the whole house buying experience and all the way to the signing of the house. He answered any question you had and me the process easy as it could be.
I started the process with an inquiry on May 11th and didn't close on my refi until October 5th. This is too long to wait to potentially see any savings since I was paying the higher amount for 5 months. This potentially negated my savings....
