Communicative and transparent throughout the process
Jon and his team were fabulous! They were easy to work with, very communicative and explained everything to us.
All was fine until they asked me to wire an additional $2k at the last minute.

It was a good experience by and large. There were a few points in the process where I wish there had been more communication but when I did call for clarification, Jon and his team were responsive.
It was rough due to other circumstances, but jon and the team didn't give up.
