Great communication during dificult times and my not-so-standard situation. Great deal overall on the rate.
The length of time the whole process took over 1 year, not sure if any of it was out of their control or what exactly went wrong but it was overly time consuming and labor intensive for us.
The refi process took over one year. Jon and his team worked diligently. They made it happen but the system itself is overly complicated
Jon and his teams communication throughout the process was the best I have ever received.
Jon did a great job of getting us to the finish line, especially considering the complextiy of our application
