The ease of the application process, quick response to questions, electronic signing and advice when to lock in the loan.
Jon has been there to answer my mortgage and market questions for at least 10 years, I’m guessing. He helped me finance a purchase and a refi, and is always super clear, informed and quick with answers and information.
Jon was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. He was very thorough and explained everything to us!
