This was my first loan and Jon took the extra time to explain everything to me. He was knowledgeable about not just the loans but the whole process which was helpful for us.
We really appreciate the time Jon took to ensure that we completely understood the process. He was available to answer all questions as we had them. I really liked the emails which updated us throughout the process as well.
