The process was efficient and very easy to work through. Jon was helpful and worked to get us a loan that fit our needs. The turnaround time from start to finish was fast and we have already started with home improvement projects.

Jon was easy to work with. Once all docs for the HELOAN were uploaded it didn’t take long to get the process started. He was available to speak with even after hours but within reason.
