Great communication and attention to our needs.
People were very helpful. My only criticism is sometimes I didn't know who was doing what as several people worked on the account.
Easy communication
The customer service was very good but the information transfer through the portal was problematic. The average person are not techs and the system was confusing.
Jon was amazing, always going above and beyond to find the best loan for me and my family. When my credit improved during the process, he immediately began searching for a better loan. He was available even during off hours to answer my questions....
