I wanted to say thank you for showing up to the closing. This is the smoothest process I could have ever imagined. The interest rates were actually lower than expected, being lower than my bank and local credit union.
I have never tried to obtain a mortgage before so I don't have a frame of reference. However, I know without a doubt if I went to my credit union or bank I would have gotten nothing even close to what you provided me in terms of knowledge,...
