I had to push for progress the entire process of this loan. I never felt John was driving the solution, in fact he delayed at several stages.
As a first time home buyer, any question I asked he had an answer for me.
John Hamilton really knows his stuff. I definitely felt like he had my interests in mind through the whole process.
