Open lines of communication.
John was always available to talk and answer all of my questions. He helped me throughout the entire process.
John communicated with me constantly and called me back even if it was late at night when I had a question.
John was very responsive and worked with me to get what I needed. I felt like he had things under control so I didn't need to micro manage him.
