John does not return your phone calls. You have to keep calling him back. He will give you an exact date and time that he will call you back and never does. I wouldnt recommend using this lender.

He just tried to sell me some credit services that i didnt need. I was only looking for a pre qualification not a pre approval. A complete waste of my time.

I was never contacted by the lender after the initial conversation. Even though my credit score may have been low, I expected to hear back from this lender, even if was a rejection.
