Right information, proper guidance, and fast closing of the loan
Very informative; talked through lots of different options, and was always available should we have any questions.
It was just a very stressful processes trying the mortgage set. I felt there was some miscommunication between the staff. It got really frustrating towards the end because we had already sold our house and we still had not locked in the mortgage....
