I had to follow up multiple times on several occasions. Also, the rate increased 15 basis points due to rate lock length selected and tried to reapply but was not able to due to delay on their end.

Responsiveness and communication is the most important thing to me when working with a provider. The process was fairly easy to use although the app was a bit confusing at times.
