John was very courteous, professional and respectful. The loan process was hassle free and surprisingly fast. We will definitely work with John again on any future home purchases or refinances.
John made our experience very smooth and quick. He explained the process and the timeline and was spot on. He was very responsive. Anytime I sent him a message with a question he would reply within 20 minutes. Even well after-hours.
