Better communication throughout the process. There were some documents the website was saying I needed then I had to call and I was told they wasn’t needed.

John was there for us, even on the weekends! He was supportive, answered all our questions, and was knowledgeable! I thought the process was smooth!
John explained the steps clearly. He stayed focused and getting each completed. The whole process was easier and faster than I could have imagined. I am happy in my new home.!
