I'm refering to the entire mortgage process. Im not sure if that's what you're asking. It wasn't the easiest closing but John was good.
John was very patient and kind while helping us navigate our first time mortgage. His wisdom and guidance was stellar and we would recommend him to everyone we know.
Attention to detail and courtesy. I have never applied for a mortgage before and the process was sometimes exasperating but only due to the amount of data required, nothing to do with the people involved though.
