John was great, however the process of the loan was a headache.
The Fact stayed in contact with my through the entire process was excellent. He have gave me options that allowed to me make the right choice. Thank you John
John was very thorough, and always got back to us IMMEDIATELY. He was very informative and basically took care of everything except for when i needed to sign.
John was great to work with from start to finish. He keep me updated on everything and the process took maybe 2 weeks!
