The communication was great and was able to learn about the differences between products and got great recommendations from Austin. Also, Talon was a pleasure to work with in getting all documents aligned.
Only thing I can think of would be a more competitive rate.
Fast and effective communication, closed our loan in 8 days! Friendly staff, great technology to work with. Loved every piece of our interactions with the Fairway team!
Finally that we are done closing house.
Also that you guys were really patient during the closing.
