The whole process was very easy
Initially everything was going well! But at the end my loan was closed and I wasn't informed! I found out over a week later after I had to inquire about the status of my account! I found this very unprofessional.
Communication, communication. Your staff is first rate, especially Martha. Thanks again we couldn't be happier.
