Thank you Greg! Enjoyed working with you sir. I'll keep an eye on rates, doing the IRRL VA loan will be a breeze for you once rates dip low enough.
I worked with John many times and he was always informative and tried to get me the best deals available. I know a many times I was frustrating and bothered him at of his and he was always ready to help.
