Very quick and smooth closing dealing with John and his underwriters. Very easy uploading required documents using the Vanguard website. If you want to close fairly quick (~ 30 days) I say go with John at Vanguard.
John & Vanguard came through when alternative financing option fell through. Do primarily to his efforts and assistance, I was able to close to secure the loan and close within 30 days.Remarkable. I look forward to working with you again.
