We just had a difficult closing in all fairness, it was a complicated situation . I would actually say my experience was good but "good" wasn't an option so I selected "ok" because it wasn't excellent due to the aforementioned closing mishap...

John was very informative and listened to everything and was able to accommodate for certain things unlike other morgage companies he gave his time and his best to make things work

No one came to closing after I was pretty sure they said they would be said office was under const so we couldnt close at thier office so I made arrangmenta for a Washington township closing
