Overall the process went smooth and easy. However we encountered challenges with my appraisal that still don’t make sense. That said, I dont fault John or Fairway with this.

John was excellent throughout pre-approval and in the mortgage loan process. He was communicative, provided us lots of different loan options, explaining pros and cons of each, and did a great job expressing urgency for our quick closing request....
